Rent return vehicles are what they say they are, you simply rent them from us for a fixed period, with agreed mileage parameters and a fixed price within a given period and then return them at the end.
Our sales team will speak to you on a regular basis and at an interval we will e-mail you our special offers or flash sale items. You will receive our summary tariff with all of our vehicles available on our rent return programme and at a given interval you will receive the full printed tariff in the post with a few little goodies to help you take five out of your busy day to relax and sort out your fleet orders.
VEHICLE SUPPLY PROGRAMMES
Fundamental to the success of any rental business is acquiring cost effective vehicles. As a PAL Licensee you will have access to our exclusive fleet supply programmes across a wide range of manufacturers for rent/return and outright purchase vehicles.
We understand the need for competitive prices, on time deliveries, efficient de-fleet arrangements, accurate billing and good communication and we pride ourselves on delivering a first class service in this area.

OUTRIGHT PURCHASE PROGRAMMES
If you are eligible to participate in our vehicle outright purchase programme you will receive Tariffs outlining all the available discounts across a wide range of manufacturers including: Ford, VW, Mercedes, Vauxhall, Volvo, Fiat, Jeep, Renault, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Peugeot, Citroen, Kia and others.
As a PAL Licensee you will have access to our team of experienced Territory Managers and Commercial Vehicle Specialists to advise and support you with your fleet acquisitions.
We can offer you a vehicle sourcing service, where we will endeavor to find the vehicles that you need either via our vehicle stock or from our network of vehicle suppliers saving you precious time and energy.
Alternatively, you can source your vehicles through your own dealers to help build on local partnerships and existing relationships.
When buying a vehicle through PAL you or your funder will receive an invoice net of all discounts and support, you do not have to invoice us for the additional support and wait weeks for payment of this.
AUTOMOBILE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
You can count on our skilled technicians to perform the services needed to keep your car safely on the road. Today's cars are more complex than ever, but we have the expertise your vehicle requires.
You can rely on us for preventive vehicle maintenance, oil services, fuel injection & ignition diagnosis and repairs, chassis & steering repairs, tires, climate control & A/C - you name it, we've got the experience to make the correct decisions. We can perform all of the factory recommended interval services as well.
What is the difference between maintenance and repairs?
Repairs are services that are necessary when something on your vehicle is not working properly. Also, when your vehicle has worn to the point where a part replacement is required, diagnosis must be performed and quality parts installed correctly.
Maintenance is the routine scheduled services, inspections and part replacements that your vehicle manufacturer recommends based on the age or mileage of your vehicle.
The schedule for performing these maintenance services is available in your owner's manual, or we can look it up on our database of manufacturer's service & repair information, which includes TSBs and car recalls.
